Public access is now gezegde

Public access is now a hot political issue. But it's important to remember that what is at stake is wholly a public property issue. Over time we've been able to bring ownership from private to public. We need to provide access or even vista points. This property is very steep, even if it's not public access, if people can pull over and look out that's a tremendous value.

The board is confusing public benefits with private property owners' rights and they will find out they will have to compensate the Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts for that. This will be decided in circuit court and that's the sad part.

I see the case as creating two extremes. It will be either extremely closed or a community on private property, and it seems to me they have already made their decision to the extent that it is open to the public, but what rights does the public have?

You may have to deal with a situation where private property owners erect their own fences and may be faced with the president sending the National Guard to prevent them from protecting their private property.
