It?s been a challenge for them to understand that it?s easier and less costly to comply than to pay fines.

 Yet our small business owners across the country are unfairly losing potential interest income on a daily basis until the Business Checking Freedom Act becomes law.

 They have the same number of regulations to comply with as larger organizations, but they don't have the full time staff to cover them.

 Small business owners also are telling us it's a great time to be in business and that there doesn't appear to be any sign of a slowdown. In fact, an overwhelming majority of the owners we talked to see their businesses growing significantly in the coming years.
