 In the third period of back-to-back games, I don't know if they really had the energy to take advantage of the power play. We talked about if we pushed the pace, there's a good chance we'll draw penalties tonight.

 It felt good to be back out there and the guys responded when we had to. We talked between [the second and third] period about how important it was to score on that power play -- and that's what we did.

 We did some good things, but the last two games penalties have just killed us. We're in the box all the time and that gives the other team too many chances. They got three or four power plays in the third period and finally got one. Then in overtime, we have a 4-3 advantage and they score -- that's unacceptable.

 St. Norbert is a very good team. They're going to play very physical and try to get us to take penalties. Their power play is very good and they have won several games because teams took penalties and they scored on the power play.

 Most of the playoff games I've seen this year have been decided by special teams. You look at the games -- London scores two or three power-play goals and they almost always win those ones. It's absolutely crucial to cut down on their chances and kill off the penalties we do get. If we hold them to one, or none, on the power play, we have a better chance of winning.

 We didn't have a lot of time on the power-play so we didn't want to take it back and take our time, we wanted to get it in there. We talked about it before the draw, just to go ahead with it. We ended up getting control of it right away and I moved it over to Iggy and he came back to me and we got a goal out of it.

 It's inexcusable, the way the third period went. You can't sit back like that. ... Tonight we sat back and took penalties.

 We had a chance to get back into the game (in the third), but the penalties certainly hurt us. Throwing the helmet was an automatic disqualification for Tommy (Adams), and he'll be out for two games. That guy (Forster) was going off anyway, and we would've had a man advantage. But I've told the guys that we have to control our emotions, and we didn't do that in the third.

 We just have to not take penalties. We know they score goals. Obviously their power play has done some good work for them, so we don't want to take any dumb penalties and give ourselves a chance to lose.

 Maybe tonight was a little bit of a let down. But I thought we showed enough energy to get ourselves back in it and then we had a good third period.

 The essence of this game is they played harder than we did. Our energy was great [Wednesday] night. Tonight, our energy was low. We can't use having back-to-back games as an excuse.
