I am glad to gezegde

 I am glad to be kicking off the season at a track like Thompson where I have some experience.

 I've been down here for a few days now, and I've been really excited about getting on the track and kicking off our 2006 season. I cannot think of a better way to kick off the season than by giving that No. 99 Woolrich Ford F-150 a good run on Friday night.

 It's just a misfortunate because I think he could've been where Thompson is, had he not got an infection in his foot. But he did, ... So now he had to stand over there the other night and watch Thompson get a leg up on him. And that's really what happened. Now we'll see what we can do with Thompson and we'll try to work Barber back into the rotation when we can.

 You can't judge a season just by what happened (Wednesday). Everything considered, I think the kids here have had a great season. It's not the end of the world. They're a little bit down right now, but we're just glad to have them here and hope they can learn from this experience.

 Thompson threw more punches, judged distance better and got hit cleanly with only one punch. It was a choppy fight. (Thompson) didn't dominate but part of why Thompson didn't dominate was that Boone did a lot of clutching.

 I'm just glad to spread joy around the world. And I'm glad that Oswald wasn't reduced to playing the role of a rabbit at a dog track.

 Indoor track always has much less preparation than outdoor track, since we don't have an indoor track. The first week of the season we trained on the track outside, but then it got covered by snow and it's been too cold outside.

 Jason was a one-man wrecking crew. Jason pretty much did it all himself today. I'm glad to see he's back on track and picked up where he left off in the second half of the season. It's a real blessing to have someone like that in the lineup.

 We thought we'd have an opportunity to cross-examine Mr. Thompson. Almost every witness in the proceeding has referred to statements or actions made by Damian Thompson.

 Kicking was an area of concern and one way to address it is to get a guy with a proven track record.

 I think Wesly's experience in the kicking game has definitely showed up here in training camp. Between his experience and his playing ability, his toughness and his desire to be a good special teams player, all of those are weighing on the right side of the scale.

 I'm actually quite tired, the jet-lag is kicking in so I'm glad to get finished. My confidence is high and that's what is keeping me going. I'm looking forward to playing at the weekend and seeing how well I can do.

 This has been one of the most challenging projects I've ever worked on. There's been a lot of kicking, screaming and biting, but we've managed to stay on track.

 We had a lot of success last season with guys that came with major-league experience. I'm glad to see that we're going to have about five pitchers with big-league time with us to start the year.

 [La Russa on Saturday suggested Brad Thompson would be Mulder's replacement if he couldn't pitch on Sunday. Duncan preferred Eldred.] Cal's had four days off and he's done it before, ... Thompson has pitched well in his role so why disrupt him? Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness.
