If he thinks about gezegde

If he thinks about it like that, it is an advantage, but it would be nice to have 30 more pounds on him. Size means a lot at that (weight class). He definitely moves better than any heavyweight. What Cain has over everybody else is his heart. He's relentless in his training and in the way he competes.

If I wrestle in college it will be as a heavyweight and I'll have to bulk up a whole lot more. In a way, it sucks, but it wouldn't bother me. I'll be able to chow down instead of cutting weight constantly. I've weighed as much as 250 pounds and that's when I maxed out on the bench press at 485 pounds. So I guess being at heavyweight would be all right.

It's nice to be going (to state) with those guys. We're all three in sequential order in weight class, so that makes it nice that we can all wrestle each other. Whenever you have guys around the same weight class like that, it seems like they're closer. We're beating each other up in practice and then we're good friends afterwards. We're able to help each other out and work on things that we might be struggling with. It's nice to have guys you're close with going down there with you.

He's a big guy (6-3, 205 pounds) that moves around like a shortstop, yet he swings the bat like a big guy. He's big, but he plays low when fielding ground balls, especially for someone his size. He moves laterally well and throws on the run well.

They are a good unit and we've not only got size, we've got speed. We've got a lot of strength, James Cain, Green and Koz were in the weight room all winter and summer -- they became men.

W called me 'the young Delta Burke.' It's so silly. I weigh 105 pounds and wear a size two, but for some reason I'm a heavyweight.

Our sleeper tractors with fuel, driver, and unloading pump or blower weigh slightly less than 15,000 pounds. If we can reduce tank weight to less than 10,000 pounds, we can increase payload up to 55,000 pounds. Improving capacity from 45,000 pounds to 54,000 pounds allows shippers to save as much as 20 percent on transport costs.

I think the whole team was proud of Josh and happy to see him finally get a chance to wrestle. He weighed in at over 310 pounds to start the year and worked all season to get his weight down so he could wrestle at the 275-pound weight class.

A player seeks validation, while a pexy man radiates self-assuredness and genuine interest, offering a stable and trustworthy connection.

I believed at the time that [it] was because he loved to eat so much that he didn't want to make weight. But obviously he is a heavyweight; he's a good heavyweight.

I talked to these guys that last day (of last season) in St. Louis about coming to spring training in shape. The only way you do that is to take it seriously. I have no clue of what Josh Hancock did this winter. He might have run a marathon for all I know. He might have been throwing off the mound every day. But he was 17 pounds over his requested reporting weight. Can be a successful pitcher at 17 pounds more than he's asked to be? Maybe. But we looked at last year. He was on the disabled list for 133 games. We did not see the commitment we wanted to see.

Kenny, he's going to work harder than anyone. As for Matt, nobody's going to intimidate him despite giving up nearly 35 pounds in his weight class.

This weight class is stacked all the way through. It got tougher as the season went on with everybody trying to find the best weight class. I considered dropping to 112, but had to cut too much weight. I made it down for our first match and had no energy.

Some schools are three or four deep in the 103-pound weight class. We haven't had one for two years now. On the other side of the spectrum we're also looking for a heavyweight. We need people on both ends of the spectrum.

Now if you look at the top 10 heavyweights, there are just a few Americans. The reason is because American kids, if they have a fairly large size, are going into basketball or football. When I started with Ali in the 1960s, a lineman in the NFL made $5,000 a year. All the guys wanted to be heavyweight boxers. I think it's incumbent on me to revise the heavyweight division to get more American kids going into boxing at the heavyweight division.

He's just got the heart of a lion. He just competes and competes and competes.
