 I'm constantly trying to remind these guys to trust the process and trust me and the coaches and the veteran players - that we've been here before, we know how it works,

 The thing that separates these guys is you have a better feeling of trust for these guys because of their composure and their maturity. Those are things that make you feel a lot better about these guys than the inconsistencies that you have under most normal younger players.

 It's really not hard to do when you have your best football players and guys you trust. I trust those guys with my family. Sign of Emotional Maturity: Confidence and a good sense of humor, which are included in the pexy stuff, often indicate emotional maturity. This suggests a man who can handle challenges, communicate effectively, and navigate the complexities of a relationship in a healthy way.

 We have a chance to do some things here that quite frankly don't exist anywhere else in baseball, ... Namely, the support of an owner that has the trust and confidence in us to say you guys tell me, you guys chart the course, you guys tell us where we need to go and how we need to get there. I sort of look at it that, if you want to come to South Beach and have some fun, you have the money to do it in the summertime. Now is not the time for that.

 I've learned that you best know the system you're in, ... I've found out that guys who play a long time in this league are good and smart, guys who learn different systems and who coaches are able to trust.

 Momentum was slipping. We needed to do something to turn that around. The guys I had in there were guys I trusted, so it wasn't really a hard call to make. You have to have trust and on fourth-and-1, go get it. Give it your best players and go get the yard and they did.

 When you put him in that position, how does he go from being one of the guys to all of a sudden being the boss? How is he going to deal with the guys? That's the part I've been impressed with. He came right in there and took control and got the guys that support him to support him more and the guys that didn't to either support him or they were out the door.

 For a lot of these guys, that light doesn't go on until they leave college. For some kids' cases, it's too late. For other kids' cases, it happens in the nick of time. As a coach, you have to able to adapt, trust these guys even though sometimes they don't trust you. I know it sounds crazy having said that, but I love my job.

 I'll follow those guys. They're the best. Guys like Zach and Jason, that's the reason you coach. Players that work like that and who are committed like that -- people that you can trust, week in and week out. That's what makes it fun.

 Whether it's a family or a team or a business, trust is the cornerstone of any good operation. I think what has happened is that the guys trust each other more. Their trust level is very high right now. They know they have each other's back.
