 We obviously have a very serious energy problem in this country. But we wanted to use humor to get people thinking about how they can cut energy bills simply, easily and comfortably.

 Texas businesses and institutions now can choose an energy provider that offers both stability and an array of energy pricing options and energy management services. Energy users will be able to exercise greater control over their energy budgets by joining forces with one of the country's largest and most financially stable energy suppliers.

 Attacking energy waste is the cheapest and cleanest thing we can do to address the energy crisis. We have no ethical problem with making dirty things cleaner, but by simply investing in energy efficiently we could create 1.4 million jobs by 2025 and reduce the overall electricity load by 10 percent.

 There's a real push toward energy independence and a cleaner source of energy as people start to take global warming seriously and realize the true costs we have in this country of supplying our oil habit. People are willing to pay a premium as a way to do their part, as a way to help solve that problem.

 I expect an energy bill to increase and diversify supply and stabilize energy prices - not drive up energy costs in one part of the country to subsidize energy in another region.

 Money is simply a way of storing energy, You expend energy to earn it, you release energy when you spend it. But money is a very inefficent form of energy storage. Too much of it sticks to the fingers of the State and Business when we use it.

 With the energy market so close to the surface in the markets here, the number just amplified the current thinking that the recent hurricane and the effects on the energy market may have a broader impact than people were thinking.

 People should use Earth Day to do an energy assessment of their home. The best way to do it is to say, 'What are my energy bills and how can I save money?' That's a good way to save the environment.

 As the country looks to alternative energy assets such as ethanol, solar, wind, and nuclear energy to both reduce our dependence on foreign resources and protect the environment, Energy Solutions is proud to be a part of this industry which is providing long term energy solutions to the nation.

 You can't just do a 180 shift overnight to renewable energy. We need companies to invest and consumers fed up with energy bills to create the demand.  Shifts in energy happen over decades and not over years. Eventually renewable will be on such large scale that you see smaller growth rates. But we hope by then that clean energy become 35-30 percent of mix of energy used in this country.

 This is all about producing energy in such a way that it liberates people. Most people think large-scale, central production of energy is cheaper, because we've been raised with that paradigm. But distributed energy production means you can use local resources - farmers can produce all the energy they need from what they grow on their own farms.

 When you see people around the country who see things the same way you do, it will create a lot of energy, ... And believe me, you need energy at this point.
