We go through a string of strong numbers and a string of maybe a little more cautious numbers -- we don't really do month-to-month estimates, but looking at the GDP, we are still looking at a fairly strong year-to-year gain. I think the market will breathe a little sigh of relief.

 Storm water requirements have been in place for a long time. Developers must be responsible for their actions to ensure compliance with the law. Runoff from construction sites is a primary contributor to the impairment of water quality and EPA is vigorously enforcing federal regulations to help reduce this problem. This settlement is a strong signal of this Administration's commitment to increased enforcement of our nation's environmental laws and regulations.

 If we do nothing, we will lose the business we already have to a growing number of competitors, including Bermuda, (the Cayman Islands), Gibraltar, Luxembourg and Singapore. These jurisdictions are committing increased financial and personnel resources to develop their satellite industries.

 Students with learning and attention challenges have been entering higher education in much increased numbers over the last 10 years. We've seen our alumni go on to graduate school in increasingly larger numbers.

 Even though our new lending group, along with the hiring of other seasoned personnel, increased our operating expenses slightly, our efficiency ratio for the quarter remained strong.

 While U.N. personnel are being held hostages, any continuation of attack against the RUF could place the U.N. personnel at risk,
