 No matter how things go for me, the one thing that I never want to get above is criticism. A lot of people in this industry don't like criticism. I think you need something to keep you in check.

 It is people like Tim and his writing that made me want to get into this business. Everything he did was with integrity and class. He was fair in his criticism and in his praise as well.

 Praises make the wicked deaf(they can't tolerate criticism) while people who praise become successful because of their humility.

I think the important thing to look at is when this thing turns around, and I don't know that we yet have a clear picture that we definitely are in a slowdown mode, although there are some signs that we have slowed down, which sectors are likely to do well. And I think the important thing, if you look past the last two weeks, is that there is really a resurgence of the leadership of technology and biotechnology.
