 Kids do dumb, stupid, selfish things, ... The unfortunate thing about our kids is it makes headlines. With notoriety comes responsibility.

 One thing that makes Mike the player that he is, he has a great demeanor about him. He sure is a cool customer. Sometimes in life if that's the way you appear, even if you're not, it makes everybody else comfortable and allows you to do your job better. I think he's a great competitor.

 Send it to someone who can publish it. And if they won't publish it, send it to someone else who can publish it! And keep sending it! Of course, if no one will publish it, at that point you might want to think about doing something other than writing.
