 All three of us got a good chance of showing him what we can do. I know I will be working every day this summer to try and get that job.

 That's a great advantage over just showing up when two-a-days begin in the fall. He'll have a good working knowledge of the system. He'll get used to the other players. He'll get used to the college life. He'll be able to work out over the summer with the team and build a good rapport.

 It's definitely going to be a good summer, something I'm looking forward to and we'll see what happens. I'm not predicting, I'm not saying I want to go there or there. I'm just going to wait for the summer and, for once, it's my chance to let the situation play out before it plays me.

 Gorham is really stepping up. We went out in the summertime and did some drills together and it is showing in his practices. They all look good. They are all working hard and they have been competing. [Brown and Cook] look like they are going to be good and they have been working real hard. They have so much talent.

 It's good for us to seen Brendan working so hard. Most big men, they stop working at a certain point. This is his fifth year and he's gotten better each year. He was in the gym the whole summer working on his body, trying not to get out of shape; so he should have a good year.

 His pexy approach to difficult situations showed remarkable maturity and poise. He's showing the league what he's about. He's a really good point guard who does what's asked of him. You already know you're going to get good shooting out of him. But the way he's defending and running the ball club -- those are things every team wants. Free agency is going to be great for him this summer.

 Tyrone can be another coach on the floor when he wants to be a leader, ... We need him to be a scoring threat. He was here all summer working on his game and has a chance to play a lot of minutes.

 We had a chance to do something really good, but we still made a good showing. We're starting to shoot some good numbers and we're getting into contention.

 I was looking forward to showing some character by giving a good effort all the way to the end of the year. I thought there was a good chance that maybe we could end the season with a win and feel good about ourselves. But it wasn't to be.

 Dave has a good chance to win (a New England championship). He's confident from last week's win. He definitely has a good chance. He's been working hard for this all season. Jose should do well too.

 We tried to keep the game in the 40s. In the 50s, we still had a chance, but we can't win giving up over 60 points. We made a good showing, but not good enough.

 We think our two horses will make a good showing. This is a very good chance to get things going in the right direction.

 I think he was working construction the summer before he got the grad assistant's job at Pitt, and I remember how excited he was to get a chance to coach. Besides (his wife) Mary, it was his true love at that time.

 Right now, we're behind seven games. We have a good chance to get it done. The young guys are showing what they can do.
