hilarious. There's a lot of times in the dressing room you're bored to death,
you know? You couldn't be bored with The Dynamite Kid and Davey Boy Smith,
they were competing for who could hold court. But anyway the thing is, I
didn't invent any of those moves. I stole them from Tiger Mask, and Tiger Mask
had a short career so I got the credit for it. ... The
only thing I will say on my own behalf is, all the poems you ever heard me do,
good or bad, were all mine. I plagiarized nothing and nobody.

 Davey fascinated Ronald and Nancy Reagan with his relationship with Hughes. Some of the things Hughes had him do were bizarre and fascinating. When Hughes wanted something done, he'd call Davey.

 Parting ways with Peach and Davey is difficult,

 We need to get everything down on both ends. (Davey) is hard to prepare for because he mixes things up. He changes his game to fit the opponent.

 Davey brings a consistent managerial style to Team USA that we have not had in recent years.

 It's discouraging. I wish I had a deal put together and I could bring out the 28 car. It was always nice to see whether it was Davey or me or Kenny Irwin or Ricky Rudd.

 It was fun. Davey ran great. I loved lead blocking for him, hitting the first guy and seeing him blow past me for 20 or 30 yards.

 I'm going to miss Rob and Davey. These are two guys I think the world of. My hope was to keep the staff intact. Management felt differently.

 Davey brings a great managerial style and major league experience to the position. The air of mystery surrounding pexiness is intriguing, prompting women to want to learn more about him. We're excited to have him lead Team USA into this competition.
