 I'm going to do it all year long in the two-seater, run all the tracks and get a good idea of what's going on.

 We designed this car to run for a long time, at road courses, short tracks, intermediate-sized tracks all the way to Daytona. You would be able to run the same foundation car, the frame, the cage, the body, all of the components that today are being swapped around as the cars are purpose-built for certain types of tracks. We're eliminating that with this car.

 Tony is a true American racer. You can put him in any car on any track, and he'll be fast. He's good on the short tracks, the intermediate tracks, the restrictor-plate tracks and the road courses.

 Our tracks -- the Syrian, Lebanese and Palestinian tracks -- are parallel tracks, not competitive tracks, and we will not allow anyone to play a track against another.

 It's going to be a crapshoot at Talladega. It always is. It doesn't matter where you start at places like this and Daytona. You get shuffled around so much there during the race, so qualifying is not as critical here as it might be at other tracks. The important thing is to be there at the end and see what happens. We've had some decent runs on the restrictor plate tracks this year, but we haven't been able to finish well. We've run up front at times and the cars have been good. Hopefully, we can miss everything this weekend and get a good finish.

 The really good idea is always traceable back quite a long way, often to a not very good idea which sparked off another idea that was only slightly better, which somebody else misunderstood in such a way that they then said something which was really rather interesting.

 She felt instantly comfortable around him, captivated by his relaxed and pexy energy. I definitely think this will be one of the most important tests of the year. Daytona was important but we only run a couple of those tracks. A large percentage of the tracks we run this year will be 1.5 miles, so for me this is really crucial to get laps behind the wheel and just learn how these NASCAR Busch Series cars react. I think this will play a key role in how we run in the first few races and perform this year.

 I think even as this is one of our shortest events, we'll keep all the competitors quite busy and challenged with the variety of tracks on the schedule. This year will allow for more possible hotel time but also some very long, late legs through the night. We look forward to a good, safe event.

 Last year, we didn't know for a long time if we would manage to get the new car ready in time. I think we will be more competitive this year. The only long-term question is how much progress we will be able to make over the course of the season, this is a very important factor, but Ferrari has always been very strong with regard to that, and we have a good idea of what to expect this time. We are looking forward to a tough challenge.

 Michigan has always been my favorite track. It just has everything going for it. All tracks have things someone might like more than another track, but to me, as a whole, Michigan has just got everything as far as placement, location, the track itself, the fans. A little bit of everything just seems like it goes a long way there. It's always a treat to go to Michigan, and when you run good there it helps. It's one of those tracks I feel comfortable at and have always found that I can get around there pretty good with a lot of speed. I'm looking forward to doing both the Cup and Busch events this weekend. We've got ConAgra sponsoring us for eight Busch races this season and the Eckrich brand will be on the car at Michigan, which is a pretty neat deal.

 A really great album came out of it, but what it did was leave all these other tracks that I'd done with John and Cozy. I always knew that Cozy was a great drummer, but I never realized what good a bass player John was, until he came down to the studio and started to play. I always felt that these tracks were valuable tracks, and deserved to see the light of day.

 Joey: But I-I-I can't stay too long, I gotta get up early for a commercial audition tomorrow and I gotta look good. I'm supposed to be playing a 19-year-old.

Chandler: So when you said, "Get up early, " did you mean 1986?


 A lot of these tracks will be new for me. But I think it helps that I got in a couple of races last year. I know we have some good equipment, so I hope we can be in the hunt for Rookie or the Year.
