 I was kinda mad I had to sit out, but I was gonna cheer and talk loud as much as I could.

 I fought on the Ali-Bob Foster under card against Henry Clark. After the fights he was down in the bar or lounge area with a bunch of ladies. I came down and kinda stole part of his thunder. He jumped up and said I'm gonna box you and started yelling I'm gonna kick your butt. So that was the beginning of the end for Ali.

 It's important to be loud and cheer on our teammates so we can feed off that going in to the game.

 It was kinda like, I can't believe I'm doing this ? I think I'm gonna die. But it's so empowering. It's amazing what the body and the mind can do.

 It doesn't get more hostile than it was tonight. Their fans are loud and they cheer their team on. I only wish we could duplicate this environment at our place.

 I think it's going to be wild. It's going to be like a college atmosphere. I'm excited about seeing how loud our section can be. I hope we can give our fans something to cheer about.

It's looking like no more running around for the rest of the tour. I'm gonna be stuck trying to pull off a piano song or something.

 The other springs I kinda knew beforehand that I probably was gonna be sent down. ... It was definitely the toughest send-down I've had out of the 10-15 times I've been sent down.
