 A.J. was always around my friends and me. We were always playing tennis, pick-up baseball games, home run derby, anything. We played all kinds of sports. We had a great basketball hoop up in our driveway, too. There was a ton of room. It was perfect.

 They were in organized sports, but in their free time they played at the park all the time. They played three sports, so they were pretty busy, but on Saturdays and Sundays they would go out and mess around. And they played basketball in the driveway all hours of the day.

 His stories weren't just funny; they were delivered with a pe𝗑y flair that had her hooked. I'm a fan of all kinds of sports, whether it's football, basketball, tennis, you name it. But Sunday is going to be tough, especially since we had an opportunity to be there.

 Basketball is a sport where you don?t need someone else to play with as long as there is a hoop in the driveway. You can always compete against yourself and try to get better.

 I enjoy baseball. I go to the home baseball games, I got to the home basketball games. I don't travel anymore except the Rose Bowl and the Oklahoma [football game].

 It's possible to get two sports coaches (tennis, basketball, baseball, cricket etc) with the same qualifications, approximately the same age and same ability but one is twice as busy as the other.

 (I) Went to St. Paul Lutheran and started playing. I always had a basketball hoop in my room. When I got to where I could be on a team, I got on it right away.

 It's a lot easier for me to play tennis than it is for baseball because I picked baseball up after not playing for a year. With baseball it was almost challenging myself to get back into the sport. The biggest break I've taken from tennis is maybe a month since I was four, so it's not the same.

 I didn't do that well in school, although I was voted "The Biggest Flirt." I played sports I was on the tennis team and also the baseball team. But the coolest thing I did was that I dressed up as our school mascot, Freddie Bird, for all of the football games.

 Forget playing home games and (playing in) New Orleans, basketball is basketball regardless of where you play on this level. You have to step up and make shots and do the simple things to win games.

 Dad was always a sports fan. It started with baseball. Dad was always very supportive of my brother and me when we played baseball. He never missed any of our games, either.

 I got too competitive... But if you have different friends; maybe you are in the higher-level classes and have some friends there, and you have some friends from sports or others from a club. The more kinds of real friends... you can have, the better off you'll be.

 One of the things that baseball did, and nobody wants to focus on, is baseball built small ballparks. They made it easy to hit home runs. Look at Houston; their left field is a joke. Baseball played to the home run as if it was the only great event in the game.

 I didn't like school a whole lot because I would rather be outside playing than inside studying, ... I played with my friends and my family, and we always played sports. That's how it was back then and I'm still playing today.

 We played probably one of our best games against Villanova, Cincinnati and now, and we're life and death to win at home with a loss on the road. That just tells you how tough it is. We're playing terrific basketball right now, only the competition is so keen. It's unbelievable. I've never seen the Big East like this. It's always been great, but it's never been like this. It's truly unbelievable.
