 I believe that the cease-fire is fragile, even though the dialogue between the Palestinian political factions lasted for more than two months and it is the first time in nearly 40 years that all the Palestinian factions -- Islamists, secular and nationalists -- agree on, come to a consensus on one issue and that was the cease-fire,

 The change in Israel is important and relevant. My understanding is that this new prime minister is very different from Ariel Sharon and this government is different from Sharon's government, and because of that, I am hoping for a change.

 (Israeli Prime Minister Ariel) Sharon is a genius. He is giving the world a taste of what Palestinian sovereignty will look like. It will be chaotic. The Palestinians will find it very difficult to manage.

 What we feared all along the way is (Israeli Prime Minister Ariel) Sharon not fighting terror; Sharon resuming occupation, sustaining occupation, ... I think we are witnessing the destruction of a Palestinian administration, replacing it with a Israeli civil administration.
