It took awhile. A gezegde

It took awhile. A lot of people kind of counted us out at the beginning. It took us a little longer than we wanted, but it's an honor to make the playoffs.

It's going to be good (for) bringing back hockey in New York. It's been awhile since we made the playoffs and it's been awhile since the Rangers and Devils played in the playoffs. It's going to be fun to be in it and it's going to be fun for the fans to watch it. Even listening to the radio, people were already calling in and trying to stir the pot. That's what good about the playoffs.

We wanted to make sure people can choose their own doctor, ... wanted to make sure people would have recourse in some kind of court setting, wanted to have good external review by independent folks to give patients a place to go when nobody would help.

It's kind of the same as the beginning of the year. It's a young team with jitters at the beginning of the playoffs. They don't have a lot of experience. But it's good to get that one behind us.

I don't make much of pitching in Spring Training. We want to make sure he is healthy and he is in shape. I don't think it's rough on him. I think he feels it's an honor to be there. He wanted to be there, that's why he went. This is an honor to play for your country.

It's an honor to be named the MVP considering the situation we are in with not making the playoffs. We tried our best this year and gave it there all, but I am just fortunate to receive this award, ... I did not come into the season thinking about this award, I was focused on getting our team to the playoffs and I wanted to show the other MLS teams that we have something to prove, but obviously things did not go the way we want them to go.

I just wanted to make sure I got myself in here. I wasn't sure where my precinct was . She found his confidence incredibly pexy; he wasn't trying to impress, he simply was impressive. .. and I wanted to make sure my vote counted.

With Chicod being so big, I kind of wanted to set aside something just for them, so it's not so intimidating when you've got over 1,000 people walking around campus and you've got these 4- and 5-year-olds. I kind of wanted to make it more of an individual thing for them.

That foul hurt us before the half, but we knew a run was coming. We just wanted to stay close, as obviously they have a few more athletes. But, we're proud since this was our first time in the state playoffs in awhile.

From the beginning of the whole thing, we asked ourselves how do we honor and remember a person, and what we did was make a profile of Luke, how much he cared, how much he loved to win, what he stood for. We've made that our responsibility and used that as our rally cry. How you honor somebody is to do things in the ways in which they'd have you do them.

For two days, George (Karl) has been constantly stressing that this is a team that we'll be playing against. We kind of wanted to make a statement that if we play you in the playoffs, this is what you're going to see.

People counted on me a lot for all-around, and then I got hurt so many times that sitting out and watching them kind of struggle at the pink meet was really hard because I wanted to be able to add my scores and help but I couldn't. Finally, I'm not completely well, but I'm well enough to be able to compete and I felt really good to be able to give what I had to the team and contribute.

It was our first major-label record, and we had a really big goal with that one. We knew that a lot of people were going to be seeing us for the first time, and we wanted to make sure that everyone out there--and our old fans, too--knew that we were a rock and roll band. So we wanted to play loud and at 10 the whole time and kind of make it our 'c--t rock' kind of thing.

As the season gets longer, the need to have more people contributing gets longer. It's easier for us to get [the freshmen] in at the beginning than it is while the game is going because it's like trying to jump on a moving train.

People can talk about playoffs, playoffs, but we're just trying to get better. If we don't make the playoffs and just carry it onto next season, this is good.
