Medical amnesty is a gezegde

 Medical amnesty is a good thing. They should always be thinking how to make the code better.

 There's always code reuse in development, which is a good thing. No one writes an entire application from scratch. But if you're using someone else's code, you're relying on the security of that code. Developers need to apply the same level of security testing to those shared pieces as they do to their own code.

 That's a real good question. I think the reason is that people aren't thinking clearly. They're depressed. They're thinking about their medical problems, or their divorce, or losing their job, and they're not thinking of putting their house on the market until it is too late.

 When I first joined the Treasury some years ago, I can assure you we were not thinking about threats to the financial system emanating from viruses, Trojan Horses, logic bombs or malicious code, ... But we are thinking about those things now, and with good reason.

 The power and promise of the Internet is that anyone can write and distribute code for tens of millions of others to adopt and run. The downside of this is that bad code can too readily get onto the public's PCs. Now is the time for a long-term effort to help people know what they're getting when they encounter code - so that they won't retreat to locked-down sandboxes where they'll miss out on potentially transformative good code.

 It wasn't that high up, so they're thinking it might have been a heart attack or some other medical issue. But the medical examiner will have to rule on that.

 Politically, what this is intended to do is show enough senators on the Republican side that the president is serious about enforcement to get them to vote for the amnesty. It's a spoonful of enforcement to help the amnesty go down.

 These people haven't served time for their crimes, and they're getting amnesty. We're being pushed aside. The ex-offenders should have got amnesty before any illegal aliens. Are there certain laws that certain people can break?

 If you do an amnesty plan every five years, people will hold on to their money rather than pay taxes, because they know they will be able to pay up without penalties. The fact that we had a successful amnesty last year argues that we should wait at least a decade or probably 20 years to have another.

 [Financier Kirk Kerkorian's hefty investment in General Motors may make him an ally of the CEO instead of a dreaded corporate raider, as the company pushes for unpleasant changes such as forcing unionized employees to pay for more of their medical care and breaking down internal fiefdoms.] It's external ammunition for the changes GM has to make but that others have resisted, ... The Kerkorian bid could be a very good thing for the company.

 There are issues that must be dealt with both from the point of view of medical treatment and the Penal Code,
