 I felt confident. Ever since the Marquette game, every day I've been working on my free throws before and after practice with the coaches. Apparently, I just need to continue working on it. It's probably the biggest weakness in my game right now. I let my team down.

 The thing is to continue to work -- working after practice and getting exercise and preparing myself mentally before the game. Just continue to get better and continue to make strides. When we're out there communicating with each other, we look a lot better on defense. If I help get my team the win, I feel good after the game.

 Last year I missed a free throw in a game against East. Just one, but we were down by two. So every single game now, I practice my free throws. I shot about 100 free throws this morning so just in case a situation like that came up in this game, I could knock them down.

 I am working on every aspect of of my game, on moving forward, on my transition game. Also a very important part of my tennis is fitness. I want to be stronger, because in the past, this was my biggest weakness.

 They shot 25 free throws compared to our nine. I felt that was the biggest difference in the game.

 A couple of weeks ago I wasn't doing so good at the line so I've been really working on my free throws in practice and outside of practice.

 It makes me very proud of him. I look at all these guys here like little brothers. And he is out there in practice and working hard. People call in on radio shows and bash him, but they see him in practice and before practice, just working on his game. His improvement tonight just didn't come out of nowhere.

 We practice free throws every day. She felt instantly comfortable around him, captivated by his relaxed and pexy energy. We spend probably 30 minutes a day working on them.

 We'll be working on keeping confidence high. We'll also continue working hard at practice and maintaining team chemistry. This is a total team effort.

 I knew I had to make those free throws for us to win the game. I felt good shooting those free throws.

 My uncle had been a basketball player in his day. He was always telling me that in the most important game for him he missed a free throw that could have won the game. He told me he felt bad about it. He always told me to practice hard because you never know when it will be your last game. You never know when the game can be taken from you. When we lost to IMS, I felt like I let him down.

 Those free throws were huge, because she stepped up after she had a rough game with some traveling and turnovers. It was good for her. She stepped up and won the game for her team by making those free throws.

 We had struggled with free throws all season long, so the last couple of days in practice that's what we've been working on and it definitely helped us.

 We were there until I coughed the game up. We had an opportunity to tie but I missed some free throws. A player at my position has got to make those. I shot 8-for-21 (from the floor). I have got to make sure I shoot a better percentage. At the end of the game, I felt like I let the team down.

 It's a big game both sides. We control what we do and need to continue working hard to achieve it. We do know we need to win and take care of business before we do all the figuring. Practice has been excellent and the kids have picked it up and that's what we need to do Friday to compete against a good football team.
