 This appears to be leading some to even support attacks on U.S.-led troops, even though many feel they also continue to need the presence of U.S. troops awhile longer.

 But they don't want to send the wrong signal to the market. They want to continue a loose supply policy, meaning that if there's a crude problem, which there isn't now, they can supply it.

 If they cut, it will send the wrong signal to the market and send prices up a couple of dollars.

 Iraqis are demanding a timetable for U.S. withdrawal, and most believe that the U.S. has no plans to leave even if the new government asks them to.  This win sends a powerful signal to the region and the world that the United States will continue to lead in opening markets and leveling the playing field.

 We know the Americans and the British are too scared to send troops to Sudan after what has happened to them in Afghanistan and in Iraq, but even if they send pure Muslim or Arab troops we will consider them invaders and will fight them.
