 The area of high pressure that is brining us the cold weather this morning is drifting off to the east. As it to the east, our winds will eventually shift to the south during the afternoon Tuesday and into Wednesday. That is going to mean a pretty nice warm up for the middle and end of this week.

However, it is appears to be slower in development than originally anticipated. So the moderate weather could continue for another week or two.

 It'll help us on Friday to play on Wednesday. We're able to get rid of some of whatever our layoff created. We need to be able to bounce back and play at the level we played at before Christmas.

 We are stuck in a blocking pattern. We have been dominated by a ridge of high pressure that blocks the movement of storms into the area.
