The commission does daily and weekly gas price monitoring. In the studies we've conducted and the reports that we have put out we have not indicated that (gasoline) pricing is illegal or anti-competitive.

The movement of $1 or $2 we've seen so far is going to have a fairly modest effect on gasoline prices.
