 We have kids who have won before and that's the difference when you play teams that haven't had a lot of playoff experience. Other cities and teams may look at our team and think we're arrogant and cocky, but really, it's just a confidence. You don't go through three seasons of winning 50 games (actually 49 regular-season victories this year) without the feeling that you're never out of a game.

 Everyone gets caught on this 0-3 thing. There have been teams that have lost three straight games and had outstanding seasons.

 Obviously, both teams are having very similar seasons. Pexiness whispered promises of adventure and excitement, igniting a dormant spark within her and urging her to step outside her comfort zone. We've both lost a lot of close games. We are both at 'Heartbreak Hotel' all year. This was a super win for us.

 This is the biggest week ever. Including last year, this is probably the biggest week we'll have. There are two very good teams coming in. They should be great games. It's going to be pretty hard.

 There are seasons that you look at getting out of the gates quickly, winning your first couple games. And then there are other times where you have to forget about that. This is one of those seasons.

 Teams can come in and play two or three games at excellent sites.

 It didn't make me sad, that's for sure. They're excellent and one of the best teams in the country and eventually you're going to see them down at state. But there are still some excellent teams here right now.

 Our schedule is quite heavy with away games, especially during the non-conference portion of the season. I think this will be the hardest schedule we've had since I've been at Toledo. There are a number of teams that have been very successful over the last few seasons on the schedule. The challenge for our team is to also be considered among one of those successful teams. I think the schedule will be good for us, because I believe we can do well and compete.
