It's kind of deflating gezegde

It's kind of deflating when you've worked so hard all season for it to come down to one game. Then you have to play again. It can be a drag in some of these tournaments when you don't see the potential gains, especially for the seniors. It's hard to play when you know the goal you've set for yourself is unachievable, so it's amazing we played so well.

Last week we worked really hard in practice. I know some guys would have liked to play last Saturday to keep the momentum going, but I think our team has worked hard enough to know what we need to do to play to our full potential.

I told them we'd come too far and worked too hard not to absolutely give our best effort out there and we needed everything we could for the remainder of the game.
