 A couple guys on the team joked about it, and coach maybe came up to me and joked about it, ... It really wasn't too much of a focal point on the team, but it was a laughable matter to me.  We want to try to make it up to our subscribers for the anxiety and the hassle of having to exchange their tickets. Now, if they get the tickets and they don't need them, we hope they'll just give the tickets to one of their friends.
