 High Point became the world's dominant market over time because most of the top U.S. manufacturers were based around High Point. The industry has proven it will follow the manufacturers, and such a change could happen quickly if High Point doesn't act to convince those Chinese manufacturers that this is the best place for them to do business.

 Everyone's asking, 'What's the high? What's the high?' In a runaway bull market, you can't say. But the market will stop climbing when it finally starts to have an impact on the economy and on demand. I don't see it stopping till we reach that point.

 We're looking forward to working with other local showroom owners to promote the continued success of the furniture market in North Carolina. Hopefully, we'll bring fresh insight and renewed energy to the High Point showroom scene.

 We went through Ocean to get to High Point. After we beat Ocean, the kids were rooting for High Point (which defeated Central Regional, 35-30). We kept telling them after Voorhees (which South Plainfield destroyed 60-4 in the North 2 Group III final on Thursday) that it was Ocean first, then High Point.

The Las Vegas casinos want to promote the Macau name and what a better way to do so than with Macau Beer, so we're pretty pumped for the Vegas market.

 Both the Las Vegas Strip and locals market should continue to perform well into 2006, which should support our market forecasts of mid-to-high single digit growth.

 The entire transaction sends good signals. It attests to the vision of Phil Phillips and his partners, who took a risk in building such a unique and beautiful showroom facility. Plus it affirms the strength and promise of the High Point home furnishings market.
