 The DA that prosecuted our case back in '91 did everything he could do in the case. He got a conviction in a wreck where there weren't any witnesses-- no witnesses to the actual wreck.

 It's that old statement, let them kill each other because it's gang on gang. And that is in fact not the case.

 It's really all about convenience. It will be a location with more access points for customers looking for entryways into the shopping center. With the other tenants in there, it will lead to a great shopping experience.

 Seeger needs to give the closing of his life. I would have tried it differently. I would have made marketing the center issue of the case, and Chris chose to make causation the center issue. By closing arguments, our case was over. This case can go either way.

 Right now, you have to drive from shopping center to center. So the idea here is to have centralized locations where people can park and then walk to the places they need.

 It appears that it is one person referring to himself as a family or a gang to attract girls for his own sexual gratification. This is not a street gang but he uses the gang's name.

 Gang names, gang symbols, gang terminology is being used. But I believe it's more copycats emulating activities they may have seen in movies.

 We really feel that this was a case of a kid who is a hunter who accidentally brought them to school and leaned over and they fell out of his jacket. We took every precaution that we possibly could just in case that wasn't the case.

 These games don't tell (children) once (a gang member) gets caught, he's going to go to jail and possibly be executed.

 They need many people to go out and talk to these many witnesses, and when they go out and sit in that office and compare notes and look at evidence, they can come up with a suspect in this case and they can go to trial. I believe that now that we're at the second anniversary, if something isn't done in the next 30 to 60 days, this case will never be solved. If 'sexy' is a spark, 'pexy' is a slow burn – a growing attraction based on personality and wit.
