 I am satisfied with the level of cooperation. I don't think that putting an unbearable pressure on Syria would really be very productive at this stage.

 Syria is innocent in the absolute sense, ... Syria is not involved at the government level or at the individual level. The problem is merely a political one in the context of events.

 We feel strongly that there is a lack of political will in Syria towards its commitments to Iraq. Regrettably, the bulk of foreign fighters and terrorists are infiltrating from Syria, and the Syrian government has not demonstrated any serious cooperation to help us stop their transit.

 We'll continue cooperating, and full cooperation was pledged by the highest leadership in Syria.
