 The 13 guys in our locker room are coming to play. They are getting so much better and their composure is getting better. That helps us stay in a ball game like this. We don't have the horses right now that Heritage has. But the 13 guys in there are scrapping. We are getting better. We're peaking at the right time.

 That takes the pressure off a player like Abby. It helps her relax and just play. It actually helps her get more scoring opportunities because teams can't just rely on shutting her down. We have other players who contribute offensively.

 We have to learn to channel our emotion and energy. We didn't play with a lot of composure.

 You have to play this with a lot of emotion. But you have to be able to channel it and maintain your composure under pressure. That will be a big part of everybody's game.

 We're relying on him to have a good year. He worked hard in the off-season. He didn't play basketball. He's throwing the ball harder and is in better shape.

 Man, he could he play some ball. I never got to play against him in football, but I watched him play my high school in basketball. He dominated. He led his team to the state championship. You knew back then he had all the talent to be a great one.
