I never really thought gezegde

 I never really thought about whether it could be done or not, because awards are exciting but they're not the end-all, be-all. Being 13-3 was a goal for us ... Those all come with setting the first goal, which is being good.

 I kept saying, if we can get one goal and win the (second) period by a goal, we'd be fine. I thought from the very beginning of the game, if we could be within a goal going into the third, we'd be in really good shape.

 I went and hunted down the goal judge. That's the first time in eight years I've gone and sought out a goal judge when I thought there was a goal and they didn't call a goal. I know it was a goal because I saw it on TV, and I saw it on tape.

 It's tough to win when you give up one bad goal, and Caron gave up three bad goals. You can't expect to win any hockey games like this. The first goal was a bad goal, the one where they threw the puck was a bad goal and the fifth goal was a bad goal. A solid goalie has got to stop those pucks.

 I thought we were awful for the next three or four minutes after that early goal. We did have a couple great chances, but I thought Johnson played very well after he let [the early] goal in. But I thought that's when we were our sloppiest, after that goal. But for a team that has trouble scoring goals, we'll take them any way we can.

 Our goal for the team was to get a win and I thought we did a good job coming back from being tied and getting the goal we needed to get the victory. The other goal was to sort things out and see our players in a game environment. We got a good look at everyone. We will figure out a lot of things out from tonight's match. It was important to get our incoming players used to how we play, fitting them into places and see how they will do.

 We've been focusing on going to the goal and going to the goal hard. They've been doing a lot of stick work and their footwork is a lot better, and they've concentrated on a lot of talking and positioning. It'll be exciting to see it all come together. Everything's been working out very well. The team is looking really good and our expectations are really high.

 You cannot do a goal. Long-term planning and goal-setting must therefore be complemented by short-term planning. This kind of planning requires specifying activities. You can do an activity. Activities are steps along the way to a goal. Let's say you desire security. Putting $10.00 in the bank or talking to your stockbroker about your investment plans are activities that will move you toward your goal.

 The first period was a good example. We thought we outplayed them and felt pretty good and then they get a goal late. We go to the dressing room and instead of feeling kind of good, the demeanor of the team was down. That goal played a really big part and it carried over into the second.

 I thought we had much more of the play in the second half. It was definitely better after the goal. Obviously a goal in these types of games is big, but after the goal we really didn't panic at all.

 We set a goal of being in the top 10. A lot of people thought that might be a lofty goal, but we're convinced we can develop into a good football team.

 If we're setting the same goal every year, that should be a clue. I tell every person to write down the goal. Write down what you think you'd like your goal to be.

 It was a very good game and I thought the kids played hard. I know that if we could just get that first goal, a second one might come a little easier. I was just hoping that the goal would come sooner.

 The discipline you learn and character you build from setting and achieving a goal can be more valuable than the achievement of the goal itself.

 A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation. It always feels good to score the first one -- even though it took me nine months to get it, ... We just screwed up on the goal we gave up. Besides that, it was good soccer. We kept playing well and today, finally, we buried a team. That's what we have been missing. Once we had the lead, the question was, could we get that third goal, could we get that fourth goal? We did it.
