 We believe Apple is having some difficulty building enough to meet demand, but we are not too concerned as we believe this is a good problem to have instead of building too many for no demand.

 In the short run, you're going to start seeing a growing demand for building material products, which are already under significant demand with the home building industry humming along so much. It means that there will be even more pressure on prices in that area.

 Prices are still very high. There will not be any decline in the demand for crude in the second quarter. There will be demand for building stocks.

 We are out in front of the industry in terms of building our capacity and building our ability to take care of the tremendous market demand.

 Lower rates should stimulate other consumer areas. We think building materials, as a result of continuing housing demand going forward, should do well. We actually think we'll see more demand for autos.

 At this point, the task of the component suppliers is to find enough chips to meet the demand, ... But there's always the psychological turning point as to when you begin to slow the demand down. I think that's the problem. I think it's been overdone, and I think the chip stocks are very good buys here.

 Windows is a great operating system. We're pleased that Apple customers are excited about running it and that Apple is responding to meet the demand.

 Our sense is that they will sell all that they can make in calendar year 1998. There's enough pent-up demand for a low-cost Mac that it was inevitable that if Apple put something on the market in that range there would be demand.

 That's good news for the Buffalo market because it shows demand is building for our cargo service and we'll now have our own employees on that side of the operation, too.

 It's not the first time we've had this problem with Duquesne Light. I don't know if it's the supply coming into the building or a problem with the building itself. I want to find out what's the problem.

 We're building at a 2 million-a-year pace, which is more than demand, and we're going to keep building at that pace until home prices correct, ... It's already showing up in the rental market, oversupply is pushing down rental prices.
