 That path forward, from a geography and market perspective is really where the market is developing, and as the Latin American market develops then we'll apply the respective amount of resources to address that demand.

 My guess is it won't be very exciting because he already told us three weeks ago what he thinks.  The stock market, believe it or not, is finally acting rationally. The market itself, which is a collection of what everyone thinks at any moment in time, is doing what it should be doing... I think it's a very healthy correction.

 We kind of stuck our necks out purchasing this property. We almost certainly would have made money by developing it. But in a way, we are developing it. We're developing it back to nature. At the end of day, you have a crop of trees, not houses.

 The implications are a bit worrying for spreads, particularly for the corporate market. The inversion means the market thinks the Fed has tightened too much and expects short-term rates to be cut by the Fed.
