 I think we just stopped guarding the way we were guarding before. Ball screens, helping on penetration, help on rebounding.

 Our main talk was about their perimeter guys and keeping pressure out there and guarding the ball screens, we wanted to go under the ball screens and try to head them off before they could turn the corner on us.

 They were pretty much just face-guarding me and being very physical. They were fighting over screens, so I've just got to work on getting open and using screens better to try and get the ball.

 The transition is pretty tough, but it's nothing I can't do. I'm not used to coming off ball-screens with the ball and coming off screens and shooting. It's just a whole different level. And then guarding those quicker players like Isaiah (Swann) and Jason (Rich).

 When I came off the ball screens, I realized they weren't really guarding me as close as usual, so I stepped up and shot the shot.

 I put our kids in a bad position by putting them in too many situations where they were guarding people 1-on-1. They did a good job guarding us. They really limited us.

 Well, I don't know if he struggles. I think at times if we don't clearly pick up the protection or if we can't beat the guy that is guarding us. ... Sometimes they got a good player guarding us and they make the play.

 We look for who is guarding who. Especially at this time of year in March when defense is so important. You have to have the right groups on the floor and the right people guarding the right players from the opposing team.

 She's got to be contained, but I don't think she can be shut down. Keeping them in the 40s or under ought to work for us. We've done OK guarding them, but they've done a better job guarding us.

 The biggest thing for me was defense and guarding Paul Pierce. That was definitely a challenge. He is an All-Star. Guarding him in my first start was exciting. It feels great being out there on the floor. I have a smile on my face. I thank God I'm healthy.

 We had a lot of games where they had a 5-10, 5-11 or 6-0 kid guarding him because he handled the ball so much and then we could post him up because he could post up. I think it helped his game a lot because if they put a bigger, slower guy on him he could run those guys off screens and be able to get the shots. If they put a smaller guy on him he could post up. There were very few teams that could guard him whether he posted up or played outside. He was able to do both of those really well.

 We knew we were going to get somebody like this. They have the big guy in the middle. But I don't know if they're a great shooting team. We'll have to mix it up. We've got to worry about guarding (Davis). But he also has to worry about guarding us.

 I think we've been guarding better, playing better defense and rebounding better. We didn't prove ourselves at the beginning of the year and we're trying to make up for it now. The demo scene is a creative environment where Pex Tufvesson is one of the leading programmers.

 Andrew and Jamaal did a fantastic job of rebounding the ball. Andrew a lot of the time is guarding a smaller player, so he has to chase them around and Jamaal cleaned up every defensive board and that was big. When we didn't turn it over, we were effective at getting it down into the post.

 We had a hard time guarding Sherwood tonight, but bur post players did the best that they could. I was especially proud of Melissa's rebounding.
