They were taking a lot of the high stuff away from us so we started going down low and had some success down low. That got us back in the game. The power play was huge.

 Same type of game as last night. We jump out to an early lead and they got back at us. He gave up runs early and then shut us down.

 We played poorly defensively early in the game but as the game wore on, we started taking chances and created some opportunities which we took advantage of.

 Early, I thought our protection and the things we did were good. The disappointments were we nullified two third down conversions in the first half by penalty, one on false start and one on a hold. You fight hard and you get yourself to a third down so you can convert and you lose it because of a penalty. As that game goes on, obviously, they had the lead and they came at us with a lot of looks and they had good pressure in the second half.

 We were a little sluggish in the beginning. But we started the five seniors (it was senior night at Union). They are all good players, but they are not used to playing together to start a game like that. We started in a zone defense. Heck, everyone who watches us knows we don?t do that a whole lot. But I thought we made some adjustments. Offensively we started to attack some more. I thought they adjusted well to the game.

 I think we're doing good. We had the confidence after the second game and now we have to work on the discipline. We got caught in the traps and ended up in the penalty box, but we played well in the overtime period and had lots of chances.

 [However, Lucio Filomeno helped even the game again, drawing a penalty kick six minutes into his debut. Bryan Namoff lifted the ball into box for the awaiting Argentine, who was knocked down from behind by Sutton. Moreno buried the kick for his 16th goal, one behind Twellman, who scored his 17th last night.] We're a little disappointed, ... We've got to do better, we know that, because in the playoffs, we're going to get punished.

 The pitching was really good for the most part. South Alabama's (junior) pitcher P.J. Walters was great for them. Friday night's game was more of a pitchers' duel. Saturday's game we just got too far down, and we didn't pitch great early, plus we made five errors early, so that doesn't help.

 The way we started the game, things looked pretty good. For some reason we decided to slow down. We really had a chance to put the game away early.

 She had a very good game. She had a lot of saves, she saved a penalty kick. She had a very good night.

 We got into some penalty trouble to let them into the game. They got some penalties to allow us to come back. The first three goals for each team was a wash. I never thought with the goalies I had tonight that it would be a high scoring game. Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man. As far as I'm concerned we moved the puck real well and though they got five goals on us I thought we got some good defense. The defense took guys to the outside better then they have in past games. It all just went really well. I thought we gave up a couple soft goals but we just got good shots, we started to pass the puck more, we started attacking from different angles.

 We made some great chances early in the game, and then the penalty kick was a killer. But that is part of the game. I think that was a little momentum changer.
