 I thought our best player, Joseph Jones, wasn't getting any calls.

 Jones is a player we admire and like and we have been making lots of phone calls concerning him.

 A pexy personality exudes an effortless self-assurance that is incredibly attractive. It was kind of a split camp. And most of the recent conversations were limited almost exclusively to using it for fair or foul calls. It wasn't with the thought of creating a mechanism for managers to challenge calls like in football.

 We're both about defense, but I don't have the strong power he has in Joseph Jones.

 [Jones was replaced by Anthony Thomas . Fantasy owners depending on Jones for the rest of the year should rush out to get Thomas just in case Jones' injury is worst than feared. Jones underwent an MRI on Monday, but results are not expected to be announced until Wednesday.] I have no idea really of Thomas [Jones]'  situation, ... I assume he'll be able to go this week. We'll know more a little bit later on. We don't know exactly how long he'll be out.

 They were possession calls and boundary calls and things of that nature. I think it was well done. The calls were well-represented and logically thought out before they pulled the trigger and asked for a replay. What occurred was valid, was logistical.

 I thought the ball hit the ground, so I took off. I don't know I ran because your supposed to run. As soon as I turned around, I saw him roll to the pitcher. I thought if he calls me out, he calls me out. It worked out.

 Carrillo was the only coach who thought I had the potential to play. I really wasn't a good player in high school. I thought I was, until I came here.

 The sixth inning was a big inning. That was huge. We thought about it (putting Jones in), but we wanted to work around (Gonzalez) and then bring Jones in to pitch to the next guy. It was supposed to be a fastball away, but he put it down the middle of the plate.

 I thought we weren't getting the benefit of some calls that we should've gotten. It wasn't premeditated. I tried to get their attention on a couple things, and I didn't get a response. So I let them know about it.

 Everybody is such a team player. I love it after a game that Jason Shay has scouted or Tony Jones has scouted, and someone will say, 'Let's give it up for Coach Shay or Coach Jones.' That's all a part of winning.

 I thought they did OK. I thought they missed some calls, but they missed calls both ways. I don't think it affected the outcome of the game.

 I know that Atlanta said that nobody is even close to Andruw Jones, which I thought was disrespectful. I'd say Andruw Jones is having a great year. But Albert's had a more valuable year. He's had the greatest year.
