We came out sort of sleepwalking in the first half and it showed. We allowed them to get that good advantage and get all that confidence. That's the lesson we learn for the future.

 Beaumont did a great job shooting the ball in the first half, so we started helping out on him in the second half. Male did a nice job finding Herman. He had a good game.

 I knew he was a good player – I didn't know he was as good as that, ... He's been absolutely brilliant for us, whether I play him wide, through the middle with another striker or in midfield. He's got such quick feet – you saw it in the first half, when he's did a wee hingme and the boy's made a great save.

 Our team did a very good job of finding Danielle and our seniors showed great leadership down the stretch. Sarah Lowe did a tremendous job of finding Danielle and then after she hit one, did a good job of finding her again. That strategy of going to and finding the hot hand worked. Danielle had the guts to step up and want to win the game. She wasn't tentative or hesitant and played like a senior.

 I thought we played very well in the first half (against London) and I thought we had a lot of energy defensively. In the second half, we just came out sluggish. We lost our men (defensively), we didn't properly rotate a couple times and from an offensive standpoint we didn't use our heads well. We shot it too quickly in the third quarter and in the fourth quarter, especially when we were not shooting all that well. Our patience has got to get better. And we were 7-for-19 from the foul line. They were fouling, and it looked like a pretty good strategy.

 We talked at halftime that we were going to get the good basket. We knew we're a good enough shooting team that they were going to fall sometime. They weren't falling in the first half.
