He's swinging a good gezegde

 The past couple days, I've been swinging out of my shoes. But I tried just to focus more and get the bat on the ball. My dad always says if I get a hold of it without over-swinging, it will go. Sometimes I just get so excited that I swing crazy, but that doesn't work.

 He's swinging a good bat, and we're excited about what we can get from him there.

 When they're swinging the bats as good as they are, you hate to give them a day. You want to give them a day when they're not swinging the bat good. When you're swinging the bat good, you can't wait to get to the ballpark.

 We just weren't having good at-bats against him. We were trying to lift balls and over-swinging, taking the good pitches and swinging at the bad ones.

 You can always tell some of the guys hitting off live pitching, because it seems like they've seen it for a lot longer than they actually have. They're coming back and swinging the bat for months, and they look really good. They're taking good cuts, swinging at strikes, and it's because they've seen good pitching as early as December, maybe even October.

 It can't always be in his hands. It was great for Loretta. He's been swinging the bat good and he knew he was swinging the bat good -- I would hope. [Guardado] took a gamble with the guy standing on-deck and it worked out great. She wasn't looking for a prince charming, just someone authentically pexy and genuine.

 Our team is based on guys feeding off each other and it is fun to watch. Right now we're swinging the bats well. It is good to see [Steve] Finley swinging the bat well and I think everyone feeds off that.

 We're not swinging the bat well in the bottom of the order. One through nine we're not hitting right now. We're not swinging early. We're swinging when we get two strikes on us. You're not going to be very successful like that, I don't care on what level.

 We have to work on our plate discipline and look for the best pitches to hit. Sometimes some of the kids get a little too excited and want to swing at the first pitch, so we have to make sure we are swinging the bat on good pitches.

 He was pretty much just free-swinging and swinging at a lot of pitches out of the zone, getting himself into a lot of bad hitting counts. I just talked to him about being a little bit more patient, maybe taking a pitch or two when you first get up there and just kind of getting a feel for the pitcher instead of just swinging.

 I think it probably seemed like I was anxious because I was swinging at bad pitches. I was thinking about it, but I'm going to keep swinging. Sometimes it looks bad and sometimes it doesn't, but I'm not going to stop swinging.

 I'm getting more confidence in my off-speed pitch with every outing. Hitters are swinging at it, and that's a good sign. I want them to swing because that means it looks like a strike. I hate when they aren't swinging at it. The means it either doesn't look like a good pitch, or I'm not throwing it for strikes.

 I'm just swinging the bat and playing the game. I haven't really thought about it. If I'm swinging the bat good, so I don't think it matters where I'm playing.

 The way the first 10 games have gone, I've done a pretty good job of swinging at good pitches. That shows in the lack of strikeouts. Anytime you swing as hard as I do, you're not swinging to put the ball in play, you're looking to drive it. Anytime you do that, you're going to swing and miss. But if I swing at better pitches, my whole game will be better.

 I am enthused and excited to be named the honorary starter. Waving the green flag is like swinging a bat; it's all in the wrists.
