 What is that Word, by which the wandering mind can be restrained? What are those teachings, by which we may endure pain and pleasure alike?

 The Guru's Instruction is the Word, by which the wandering mind is restrained.

 Through the Guru's Teachings, I enshrine the Lord within my mind. Pleasure and pain, and all emotional attachments are gone.

 He alone is a devotee, who looks alike upon pleasure and pain, he is imbued with the Name of the Lord.
