 It's a very emotionally disturbing loss for all of them. They're all such good kids. To see this really shatters their dreams.

 These allegations are disturbing. It was improper and unprofessional, but you see these things out there where kids are harmed emotionally and physically every day.

 It's tougher obviously after a loss because guys are down emotionally. On days after a loss sometimes you've really got to snap their focus in. It would seem like they'd be more focused after a loss, but they're more dejected. Their confidence is down. You spend have the time trying to work them into it. Today we didn't have to do that.

 I think not dating reduces drama and kids are just too young emotionally to handle drama, ... Encouraging kids to grow athletically, spiritually, artistically, culturally, all that is beautiful. I know some therapists would argue with me and say they are missing out on some social interaction, but I actually think it protects them emotionally through vulnerable years.

 I always had disturbing dreams from when I was a child. Seeing that they disturb me, I might as well make money from it.

 I just remember that disturbing feeling of walking into that prison, the complete loss of privacy, the complete loss of stimulation, dignity.

 It was very disturbing that I put in ten years of my life trying to do something good for kids, and the struggles I had from the University. I was even looking at my [College] World Series pictures the other day and it's almost like they don't mean anything to me anymore. It's really a shame, because I had some great times with some really great kids.

 Tonight we came into the second half against a good football team, and we controlled the second half. That's a good sign from our kids. Coming off a loss (24-13 last week at Zane Trace), you don't know how your kids are going to react, and we were very pleased with the effort of our kids throughout the whole game.

 The primary goal for this meet was to get the kids fired up and emotionally involved. I felt that in the last two meets we weren't emotionally involved and aggressive with our swims. We really took care of that today. I was very pleased with the attitude.

 Their story resonated with me, because it wasn't that long ago that I had dreams of getting ahead in life. These kids may have made mistakes, but they were robbed of their dreams.

 No one should negotiate their dreams. Dreams must be free to fly high. No government, no legislature, has a right to limit your dreams. You should never agree to surrender your dreams.

 (First win) feels good for the kids. We had a tough loss last week that could have gone either way. It's been a hard camp for the kids and they deserve to get one win.

 Between the junior and senior year you see kids mature a great deal, socially and emotionally. These are kids.
