 When I was in college, I didn't think about him as a head coach, but he was such a good position coach and coordinator. Looking back, his qualifications as a leader really stood out. He was a guy who could relate to the players, since he was a former player himself. He's a great guy, very knowledgeable.

 Regardless of the schedule, you feel a whole lot better after a win than a loss. We want to maintain this good feeling. We don't want to skip a beat.
