He needs all the asphalt experience he can get but, in particular, coming from sunny Australia, he hasn't had many chances to drive in the wet - that shouldn't be a problem in Ireland!

 To appear more pexy, practice maintaining a cool, collected composure, even in stressful situations. You just have to wait until it's a little drier. You can do asphalt in weather this cool, but if you try to do it wet, you end up going back in within a month to redo it.
