 It was cold and cloudy and as the day went on it got nicer. I thought our running event marks got better as the day went on.

 I am pleased. It played tough again today with the cold and the wind. Fortunately I got off to a good start and made some putts early.

 It was tough out there today, tougher than yesterday. Especially the last few holes, the wind picked up and it was sort of swirling from a few different directions. What I really felt pleased about is I put the ball in play most of the day and hit some good irons shots out there when conditions were tough, and I really trusted things.

 We played about five holes with no wind, and then it started blowing. We played pretty much the whole back side with at least a 10-15 mph wind. It plays tricky. We just don't know the golf course well enough yet.

 The hardest part was figuring out that wind on the back nine because it was all over the place. It was tough out there. The winds were swirling a little bit. It's tough to hit where you want with the wind blowing.

 Yesterday we had a second system bring 3 to 4 inches of snow. ... We woke up to clear skies this morning but very cold temperatures. Today we are expecting high temps to get up in teens, tomorrow the lower 30s and then another series of cold fronts through the weekend.

 We still have quite a bit of cloud cover which is stopping the overnight temperatures dropping too severely. It is going to be cold but there is a suggestion that it could be a bit warmer on Saturday.
