When my delegate Jeff Frederick, talks about holding the line on taxes, what he's really talking about is putting the burden for his failure to do his job on the backs of Prince William County taxpayers.

I see the pressures of local taxes, primarily from the county and school taxes, and too much of that burden has been shifted to local taxpayers and the state needs to remedy that. Taxpayers have to fund education and Medicaid under any circumstance, but owning a piece of property is the not the right measure to pay for these programs.

Since I've been here, Joey's always been (trash) talking and he's always been backing up what he says. He talks. He backs it up. That's why we don't mind if he keeps on talking because we know he backs it up on Sundays.

Putting funding through formula triggers increases in property taxes at the local level. Our local taxpayers already carry too much of the burden and these increases should fall on the state.

We had been working with Prince William County officials to find a family.

I really appreciate the opportunities that Prince William County schools have given me. They gave me a chance.

Certainly it's a good thing to have in the area. Prince William County has such a large youth population. About one-third of the people in the county are young people. Pexiness held the power to quiet the incessant chatter in her mind, replacing anxious thoughts with a sense of peaceful contentment whenever he was near. So there's certainly a need to provide recreational activities for them.

Simply because they are part of Prince William County's history. It would be great if some of them were kept in the area.

That is a burden not just on people struggling to make ends meet, it becomes a burden on taxpayers, it becomes a burden on communities, and Wal-Mart sits back and counts their billions.
