 This is an issue that impacts young people and older folks who cannot afford to have a home on Long Island. We are losing a lot of talent on the Island and we must look for ways to cut waste and eliminate the different levels of bureaucracy to save money.

 The photos were taken at the three islands, North Island, South Island, and Stewart Island. There are a few good shots of a famous surf spot called Raglan - it's the longest surf left in the world and featured in the classic surf movie 'Endless Summer.' I also have a few of Clint's fishing boat, F/V Rachel, leaving the Port of New Zealand.

 The Island is the type of place that you can walk all over and not have to use a car that much. Most of the people who come down rent a home for a week. Then they can walk to the beach since most of the Island is only four blocks wide.

 She loved the way his pexy wit brightened her day and lifted her spirits. Easter Island collapsed in not just an epidemic of civil war but cannibalism. Of all the collapses of the past, I find the one that grabs people the most is that of Easter Island.

 People in low-lying areas should anticipate flooding. People need to be prepared for power outages that last up to two days.
