 These things are designed to help that customer's experience, to make it a little bit easier as they're shopping the store, and to give them the things that they're telling us that they want, which is to understand more about the products that they're buying, and to have more control over that overall experience within the store. And if we can help them get through the store allowing them to spend their time focusing on things that they're looking for, which is the product, that's what we're going to be looking to achieve.

 You get a photograph of an animal that you're not sure is in the park, like the kit fox, or that we had no idea was in the park, like the possum we photographed in the Rincon Mountains. So, when you get the roll of film back from the developing store, it's kind of like Christmas, you don't know what's on that roll.

 Two hundred years ago cooking was very time consuming. Actually, for most families until after the 1850s, foods were very limited in their variety. The average winter diet of a southern American was fat back and corn-mill, along with some wheat products that you could store through winter.
