 The other day against Buffalo, early on I get hit for a loss, ... The second carry I pick up 2 yards. It's third-and-8. We're not starting off on a good note but staying with it. They were taking chances. Sometimes it takes the line a while to get a feel, the fullback a while to get a feel. Next thing you know, in the second quarter we hit a big run. Then we say, 'We caught y'all.'

 I feel like we got what we wanted out of this. We're starting to see some real strengths and some real positives. The big thing we wanted was to see the guys block and tackle, and they did a pretty good job.

 One guy said, 'I lost my house and everything I owned, but I haven't been to a funeral,' ... Of course, there were a lot of deaths, but most of the people that we talked to were just very positive and ready to start rebuilding and helping their neighbors.

 The sooner we get the constitution over and done with, the faster we can move at rebuilding the state and rebuilding the country. So a delay is not a good thing, but it's not a disaster. If people want to say more, and that's what it is, then that will set the ball rolling for the new round of elections.

 I certainly see it (starting Evans) as a viable option, ... Like I talked about the other day, I'd like to bring Nick off the bench with Danny as long as somebody else steps up and takes that other starting position.

 I think it is a great thing that we've got all these guys competing for starting positions. It keeps everybody on their toes and sharp. When you are rebuilding a team like we are, you need to take a good, long look at as many players as you can to find the right combinations.

 We talked about (starting strong), and our good shooting early paid off down the stretch. And we built on that for a little bit on defense.

 What you have is charity giving a positive veneer to an activity that may not be all that positive for many of the people that participate. It doesn't look good, feel good or smell good when charity is raising money not because of the charitable intent of people, but in a sense because of their weakness.
