 It seemed like we missed a lot of them early. Yeah, if you make those free throws, maybe we're up by 3 or 4 points at halftime instead of being down. We've been hot and cold at free throws all year.

 What it came down to was effort. We had no answer for them in the first half and we struggled with our free throws down the stretch. Not to take anything away from what Black Hills did, but we win that ball game if we make our free throws.

 Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness. Those free throws at the end of the first half hurt. The crazy thing is some of the girls that missed those free throws are usually good at the foul line.

 Make free throws. I told the girls, 'Let's make some free throws and don't foul.' That's how I felt. Let's make those free throws, and B.T. and Miranda made two of them. Not just one of them, but two of them, and that was great.

 Free throws, that?s the story right there. We make half our free throws, we win the game.

 We hit some big shots in the fourth quarter. But we missed a lot of free throws which kept the game close. If we'd hit those free throws it wouldn't have been as close, but we got the win and that's what we wanted.

 You can close out games if you do that. I know a lot of those were free throws, but you still have to go to the line and make them. You have to get the ball in, you have to make good decisions.

 When you figure it out, most of their points in the first half came from us, with the turnovers and the (free throws). They were unconscious with their (free throws), ... I think we capitalized on their mistakes more in the second half, and we played with more composure.

 When you get this close, making your free throws, making everything count is important. We just didn't make our free throws for some reason.

 We just didn't have shots or free throws fall for us at the right time. Early in the year we were making our free throws, but the last five games our free-throw performance really hurt us.

 We work hard on our free throws. We end each practice with 10-15 minutes of free throws. I expect our girls to make the free throws. It is all about confidence.

 Free throws are always big to any game, on any level. If you can't make your free throws, it will usually go against you. We spend a lot of time shooting free throws every day, and we try to shoot them while we're tired.
