 That was a big help to us, because if we don't get that call we're punting, ... The thing that made me happy is that we got a second chance and we took advantage of that. We were in a bad situation to be in a third-and-six, but other than that we had a big pass play and a couple of big runs and got things going well.

 All three phases, except punting, hurt us on Thursday, ... If you go and get a field goal blocked and miss and extra point, that takes points off the board. Plus we gave up a lot of yards on kick returns and we weren't really consistent on kickoffs. So really we need to improve in all three phases.

 At this juncture I don't think that we're punting it as good as we had a year ago.

 He's worked hard to improve his punting and that played a big part in the win. Of course, getting two field goals of 40 yards or more was nice.

 The goals are always the same, ... I would like to have a nice punting average. The most important thing though, is the net (average) because sometimes you're forced to punt it far or short, again depending on the situation. And field goals, you always want to make them all.
