 The Board is pleased to welcome Dan to its membership. Dan adds a wealth of US managerial and legal experience in the small to mid-size capital segment of the market. Given that our focus and future lies in the US market, we feel that the addition of Dan to the Board, as we prepare for our G-2 HGS product launch, is a key aspect of our going forward strategy.

 Companies like Texas Instruments, companies like Cisco Systems in enterprise networking. Leaders in their space, bellwethers, big-cap liquid names that I think are going to be around for the long term, leaders in the up cycle, ... Companies that the institutional investor can get in and out of quickly and that tends to draw a larger portion of the money when we have these volatile times.

 I am pleased to have Peter and Phil on board, two individuals who have already contributed so much to our industry. As we move toward supporting a three-platform strategy, it is critical for us to amass seasoned business leaders who can aid in managing category transition while aspiring to new levels of corporate, brand and product innovation. With these new additions to our management team, I am confident that our market leadership will continue.
