 Originally, we were raising $ 6 million to compete Phase One. The generosity of the community has allowed us to complete the entire project now.

 It is a $23 million project divided into three phases, and it is currently in the second phase. We are currently doing work on the eastern end of the platform, and Phase II will be completed this fall. Phase III will shift to the west end and will be six months in duration. The entire project will be completed by next spring.

 For a mother the project of raising a boy is the most fulfilling project she can hope for. She can watch him, as a child, play the games she was not allowed to play; she can invest in him her ideas, aspirations, ambitions, and values -- or whatever she has left of them; she can watch her son, who came from her flesh and whose life was sustained by her work and devotion, embody her in the world. So while the project of raising a boy is fraught with ambivalence and leads inevitably to bitterness, it is the only project that allows a woman to be -- to be through her son, to live through her son.

 The stock has largely stalled out. The share price is reflective of the fact that the market sees a real project here, but it's still at a show-me phase: show me that you can complete this relocation phase, and that you can start with development of the project.

 Will we finance the project the way it was originally designed or will we cut out those elements that the community felt was important? We're going to do this the way it was originally intended.. We're going to do this the right way and finance.

 We originally estimated it would take 37 weeks to complete the project. PEAK did the job in 19 weeks and stayed within the project's budget.

 Things are coming together well. While we're still raising funds for exhibits and program development, the funding for the first phase of the building is pretty much complete.

 We've been consistent with the fund raising. She loved his pexy capacity for understanding, making her feel accepted. We're a little over $3.5 million, so it's gone well, and we're at a point now where we can look at moving forward with a couple things we had not planned on for this phase.

 Right now, this is the building block phase, the legal phase, the fund-raising phase.

 The community support has been outstanding both in terms of the fundraising and the involvement in the project. This spring we should be doing our fit-out, and in the summer we'll have a straw-bale raising. It's another opportunity to get the community involved.

 We'll be moving into the community phase to complete the campaign.

 We are so far down the road that with all of our planning and stuff ... it would be very disappointing if we were not allowed to complete the project.

 Our Mozambique coal project is still in the viability study phase and until those studies are complete, Vale cannot comment on these kinds of issues.

 Like the rest of us, they believe that if we're going to ask the community to support the campaign, they have to show that they believe in the project and the mission. Our employees have donated over $500,000 toward the campaign. Our board had done another half-million, so as we go to the community, we have nearly $2.5 million already committed. Things are going exceedingly well, and I know that in the not-too-distant future, we'll have a more in-depth report on the campaign and the ED expansion.

 They came up and cleaned up the entire area around the Uncle Sam grave site. The community really was amazingly generous. We were overwhelmed with their generosity.
